SPAREORBIT is in its Phase A Technology Preview. Our commercial terms are deliberately simple while we validate the marketplace with founding supporters.

Phase A is free

No fees · No commission

During the Phase A Technology Preview there are no listing fees, subscription fees, or transaction commissions. Verified companies can list surplus components and services and discover counterparties at no cost.

We do not take title

SPAREORBIT is a facilitator, not a distributor. We do not buy, store, handle, or ship components. Title never passes through us.

You transact directly

You contract and transact directly with sellers. Terms, payment, export compliance, and delivery are agreed between the two companies.

Phase B pricing TBD

Pricing for later phases (verification tiers, RFQ flow, ad slots, and transaction facilitation) is to be determined and will be announced ahead of any change.
